J W Kane take delivery of a Kenova Set line V956
To support their production activities in the plant in Portadown, Northern Ireland, J W Kane Ltd chose the Kelch Kenova Setline V956 CNC tool presetter. This new presetting facility has been selected for its accuracy and functionality and will become a key part of their manufacturing process. The EASY Webset control is integrated with the Unisign and DMG machine tool controls to transfer the measured values directly. This reduces the human intervention and eliminates error in transferring the setting values and tool data.
The Kenova Set line V956 CNC presetter takes much of the operator involvement away from the measuring process, allowing tools to be measured with high accuracy and repeatability.
