Safecontrol 4.0 is the latest version of our market leading spindle clamp force gauge. This advanced system has a main body that can be adapted for a range of spindle tapers with a clamping range range of 0-100kN.
Using Bluetooth connectivity it can automatically transfer the readings to the KELCH App (Android & iOS) on a mobile phone or tablet for monitoring and tracking results.

The cased set shows the optional ruggedised tablet control unit.
The tablet is designed for the machine shop environment providing drop and moisture resistance. Pre-loaded with the special KELCH application software on the Android platform this facilitates data gathering and monitoring for each machine spindle.
The inbuilt QR Scanner provides for auto scan to open the relevant folder to store the measured values. The folder holds the readings of each measurement for analysis. This gives a clear indication of the fatigue in the spindle gripper mechanism. The tablet connects with the Safecontrol electronic reader via Bluetooth, so no cables are required.
