Options

The new Touchdisplay

You can shrink in automatic mode or in manual mode; individual shrink
parameters can be set and the shrink process can find the right parameters
by reading the data chips.
In automatic mode the total shrink process can be carried out securely,
easily and quickly with 3 clicks. Features in the main menu
The touch display has convenient graphic menu navigation and offers eight clearly
structured main menu items to the user:

• Maximum productivity using the favourites list or by calling up previous entries
• Reading data chips or using optical codes
• This interface offers many possibilities for experts to define and store their own processes

Ejection device / shrinking device

The ejector unit makes it easy to remove broken tools from the chucks.

Coils

The new Flex Coil – quick and easy handling. With one turn only, the flex coil can be adjusted to the standard sizes of the shrink chucks.
Thereby pole discs are no longer necessary for the standard shrink holders.The patented ferrite disc system prevents the heating of the tool
and allows the trouble-free clamping of carbide and HSS tools within a clamping range of 3 – 32 mm.
