Description
The modular tool shrink system i-tec® M from KELCH brings precision to your shrink processes. Here you can benefit from a high degree of flexibility when configuring. Depending on your operational needs, the inexpensive entry-level model can be gradually expanded with suitable accessories up to premium equipment. Further advantages include the consistently high process reliability. We manufacture a range of precision shrink holders in various lengths and diameters. Full details are in the tool holder section.

MANUAL i-tec Induction shrink
A versatile design to meet specific requirements
- Modular design: Possibility of gradual expansion and configuration of the basic device up to premium equipment
- Efficient and quick heating: Powerful induction coil for HM (ø 3 - 32 mm) and HSS (ø 6 - 32 mm) tools. The induction power of the coil can reach up to 13 kW in the short term.
- Wide range of applications: shrinking tools with a cone size of
up to max. SK 60 / HSK 10 / PSK 100 and a total length
of up to max. 650 mm (with tower extension: 1400 mm). - Gentle, long-lasting & safe shrinking:
With i-tec® M, overheating of the shrink chucks is specifically prevented to ensure a long service life for your shrink chucks. - Comfortable and safe work: Ergonomically arranged work area with
generous storage space for tools and shrink accessories. - Intuitive operation: Quick and easy to use. A plus for safety: The LED indicators on the coil light up as soon as the coil heats up.
- Patented contact cooling technology: Contact cooling ensures even, gentle and dry cooling of shrink chucks, without additional costs for emulsion or compressed air.
