SEMI-AUTOMATIC SHRINK
US1100 Shrink offers a semi-automatic shrink option. For innovative shrinking and automatic cooling of shrink fit tool holders we offer the newest technology called „TubeChiller™“. Developed to combine a shrink unit series US 1100 with automatic cooling. The chiller unit works after the shrink fit process. Tool holders are cooled down automatically so that it is impossible for operators to touch hot tools.
After the shrink process the tube of the chiller unit lifts automatically from the base. At the same time the tube is filled with coolant and it cools down the hot tool holder. While the tube is moving up, it moves the coil back in to the start position without the need of additional pneumatic or mechanical actuation. Fitted with new Pyrometer Technology the risk of overheating is eliminated by a heat censor in the coil.

Changeable adapters HSK 25 to HSK 100 or SK/BT 30 to SK/BT 50 to hold the ShrinkFit tool holders in the shrink position
• With the universal tool clamping adapter it is possible to clamp all taper sizes centric

Options
TempControl?® ensures that only the absolutely necessary temperature is used for the shrink process. The temperature of the shrink fit chuck is continuously measured by TempControl® during the inductive heating process. As soon as the shrink chuck has reached the predefined temperature, the heating process is automatically terminated. Overheating of the chuck is impossible.
