PSC - Polygonal Shaft Taper
PSC holders are available in a range of sizes and front end forms, suitable for both rotating and fixed spindles.
Technical Details:
Polygonal taper shank accor ding to ISO 26623-1.
With bore for identification chip (starting from PSC 50).
If not otherwise specified: Hardened by means of a special low-distortion hardening process.
Vickers hardness 670 ± 40 HV 30 (HRC 58 ± 2).
Hardness depth Eht = 0.3 - 0.6 mm.

If not otherwise specified: Case-hardened alloy steel with a core tensile strength after case hardening of 980 N/mm2.
