Overview

Quickly and efficiently clean tool holder tapers with the KELCH RoWi III benchtop taper cleaning system.

Before presetting and preparing tools for CNC machining, simply place them into the RoWi III device and activate the cleaning process with the push of a button.

The built-in timer dial in the base unit allows you to easily set a cleaning duration between 1 and 10 minutes, providing customisable convenience.

Equipped with a dual-axis rotary brush system, the RoWi III swiftly removes contaminants from the tool holder tapers, leaving them spotless, polished, and primed for precise measurement at the presetter, ready for optimal CNC machining.

Detachable brush units are available for all common tool holder tapers, including SK/BT, HSK and PSC/CAPTO. Please refer to the product brochure for further details.

Real World Results

Below is an example of cleaning results using the RoWi III tool taper cleaning device.

The first photo was taken of a badly contaminated tool holder which was labelled as scrap by the customer.

The second photo shows the same holder after being placed in the RoWi III device for 2 minutes with a few sprays of the KELCH Reflu cleaning agent.
