Service Packages

SERVICE CONTRACT PACKAGES FOR YOUR OPERATIONAL NEEDS

To ensure that your tool presetter and support equipment are maintained to the highest standard, we offer a variety of service contracts to meet different operational needs. Our service contracts include annual certified service and calibration with optional add-ons. You can also choose interim services, either every six months or every three months, if your presetter is in frequent use, if you are machining high-value parts, or if the working environment has high levels of particulates and cleanliness issues.
 
During the service, our engineer will check the functions, alignments, runout, camera images, light source settings, control IPC functions, capacity, and diagnostics. We will also take backups to quickly restore the control after any repairs. After the service, you will receive a full report on the condition of your equipment and any recommended parts. Additionally, you will be emailed a calibration certificate for conformance to ISO9001.

GOLD COVER CONTRACT

GOLD COVER CONTRACT
  • Get the ideal cover for production critical machines, with inclusive emergency call outs to save time and avoid separate orders.
  • You will have priority on our engineers and parts delivery for breakdowns.
  • This level also includes an interim service at six months and free telephone and remote access assistance.
  • Additionally, machine reports and calibration certificates are issued annually.

SILVER COVER CONTRACT

SILVER COVER CONTRACT
  • This service provides a single visit by our service engineer to perform the annual service and calibration on a set schedule.
  • You will receive a detailed report on the machine's condition, alignment, and concentricity values.
  • The reset of the camera, light source, and focus ensures sharp image reproduction.
  • A certificate of calibration is also provided to conform to ISO 9001 gauge regulations.

BRONZE COVER CONTRACT

BRONZE COVER CONTRACT
  • This service can be ordered as an ad-hoc service and calibration throughout the year with third-level priority for engineer time and site visits.
  • Please note that prices may vary if the device is not serviced annually.
