Our skilled Engineers will install and commission the equipment and configure the system to meet the options taken.
Once your new Kelch tool presetter arrives at your site we will come and install it. This will involve the unpacking and building up the machine, connecting the services and testing all function. The machine will then be configured and your options such as Balluff, printer, additional monitors etc installed and tested.
Each spindle insert or adaptor will be configured and calibrated and the machine will be check and benchmark accuracy established and recorded.
Once the machine is set up and running, it will be handed over to our Technical Support team, who will integrate with third party systems and carry out staff training.
