Our latest KENOVA Set Line V2 range of benchtop presetters resolves the challenges posed by traditional tool setting equipment - the reliance on compressed air and the costs associated with it. That is why we have developed a groundbreaking solution: the first optical tool setting device on the market that does not require compressed air.

Stable Base with Flexible Positioning

Compact and robust, the KENOVA Set Line V2 range is designed for tools with a diameter and length of up to 400 mm and a weight of up to 15 kg. Thanks to its flexibility and the possibility to place it in different locations, it becomes an indispensable auxiliary device directly at the machine tool, even in larger factories. The KENOVA Set Line V244 is available in two variants. Both variants benefit from the same robust construction and precision spindle system, but with the option of two different optical measuring and control systems:

Set Line V244 Basic
Supplied with the ultra-compact 0.3MP CMOS camera system with integrated 7" Smart Pro IV touchscreen control system.

Set Line V244 Pro
Supplied with the advanced 2.3MP CMOS camera sensor with the latest generation of KELCH kOne measuring software on a 24" Windows 10 panel PC - ready for Smart Factory integrations.
