Printing a label from the presetter control enables the set values to be transferred with the tool to the machine. Data can include Tool number, date set, by whom, and the actual X and Z values, radius that the machine tool control will need.
Printers from basic label to full protocol are available 
Labels are self-adhesive and can be attached to the work sheet or the actual tool

After the tool has been measured there are a number of options to transfer the actual values to the machine. Printing a label is one

  • The printer will print a self adhesive label
  • Will include the tool ID, date it was set and by whom, along with the actual values of X and Z axis and the radius.
